Workshops

Cavalier Health delivers on-site, interactive mental health and wellbeing workshops designed for real working environments — practical, engaging, and grounded in everyday experience.

These sessions aren’t lectures. They’re conversational, inclusive, and relevant, creating space for learning, reflection, and honest discussion without judgement or awkwardness.

Workshop topics include:

  • Mental health myths and stigma

  • Stress awareness and pressure on site

  • Recharge to perform: why rest is a business strategy

  • Self-harm and suicide awareness

  • Financial wellbeing

  • Drugs and alcohol

  • Bullying vs banter

  • Diet and mental health

  • Grief and bereavement

  • ADHD and autism in the workplace

Alongside team sessions, bespoke leadership workshops support managers and leads with the realities they face — from supporting struggling team members to performing well without burning out, including how to lead, communicate, and sell without sacrificing wellbeing.

How workshops run

  • Typically 45 minutes, up to 90 minutes maximum

  • Delivered on-site, during the working day

  • Available as one-off sessions, part of an ongoing partnership, or as a full-day on-site programme covering all employees

Workshops are shaped to your workforce, your challenges, and your goals — keeping them useful, memorable, and easy to apply long after the session ends.
