Front Row Support

Cavalier Health have partnered with Front Row Support.

An organisation that was formed to help aid the transition of professional athletes into the working world. Over the last five years, that mission has evolved - we now aim to support sportspeople of all abilities, as well as "grassroots" community sports clubs. We do this under three distinct banners - all with the same mission, but covering different aspects - 

Front Row Support - a membership organisation that provides weekly co-working groups to help you develop and grow in the working world, whether as an employee or a business owner. Like you would have a gym membership to improve your fitness, and a coach to help guide the way - we provide coaches to sharpen up your business skills, and a venue filled with others also looking to grow, alongside monthly breakfast events featuring ex-professional athletes sharing their stories of transition into the working world.

Front Row Events - Using our contacts not only in sport, but also in hospitality, we provide exclusive access events that you can't get anywhere else; kitchen takeovers at restaurants, wheelchair rugby league sessions with the England captain coaching you, lineout sessions where you end up ten feet in the air... whether you're team-building, entertaining clients, or using our lead generation service to gain new ones, you'll never attend another event like a Front Row event!

Front Row Academy - recruitment with soul; we work directly with community sports clubs and provide work for their members - jobs for those that need them, work for the self-employed or new roles for those looking to change direction. Every time we make a placement, the club we source the candidate from receives a percentage of our fees, as sponsorship, to help drive the club forward - and we continue to support the players we place with training, to help with their career progression.

With Support creating a network of opportunities for athletes and introducing them to business people directly, Events creating a space for them to show off their skills and be paid for doing so, and the Academy finding them work and supporting them through their non-sporting careers, we've covered the practical and physical issues that come with retirement from the professional game - but we were lacking the full solution; without mental health support, the players cannot truly engage with the other solutions provided for them.
